instead of throwing players in your squad right when they sign up, lets go ahead and see if they play during that time. (time zone is one big factor) until you play with them, you wont really know if you want them in your clan
Charlie wont add people we have not played with.
Don't forget, we all are in this as one large clan, so lets do our best to lead our crew to glory.

When joining the clan, ask them to post their timezones, then we can group people according to that..

I agree but it can only be specific to a certain degree before you have to start mixing time zones.
